CBR Race Report

The 2-3 race at the upgrade Crit was fairly fast with several guys wanting to show some extra early season fitness. The weather was fairly mild with About 50 lining up for the race. Four S2C cycling team masters racers, Richard Johnson, Chris Bennett, David Bautista, and our newest member, Mario Reyes, joining in the fun showing the “old guys” still have what it takes to mix it up! All had a dig at short lived breakaways with Chris and Mario getting some recognition for the team up front as they each won a prime!  In the end it came down to a field sprint. It looked like Mario and David cracked the top 20 with Richard and Chris close behind. Good to see all that made it out!!! Looking forward to a great season.
